Warranty and Return Conditions

Article 1 – Warranty:

1.1. The warranty can only be invoked by the first owner of the respective bicycle.

Article 2 – Warranty Period:

2.1. The warranty period starts on the day of the bicycle's purchase.

2.2. The warranty covers construction issues or material defects in the frame, fixed front fork, suspension forks, dampers, and all other components for a period of 1 year.

2.3. For components subject to wear and tear, no warranty is provided unless there are construction or material defects covered by the 1-year statutory warranty.

Article 3 – Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty is void in the following cases:

3.1. Incorrect and/or careless use of the bicycle, or use that is not in accordance with the bicycle's intended purpose, such as use in competitions and/or commercial activities.

3.2. Incorrectly assembled bicycle by the buyer.

3.3. The bicycle is not properly maintained: mandatory maintenance is required every six months by an authorized bicycle mechanic.

3.4. Failure to timely and/or properly charge batteries. A battery requires a full charge at least every three months. This can be verified if necessary.

3.5. Failure to timely replace wear-and-tear components such as brakes, derailleur cables, brake pads, tires, chain, gears, etc.

3.6. Technical repairs performed without expertise or self-performed work on the bicycle.

Return Conditions

• The bicycle is clean.
• The bicycle is undamaged.
• The bicycle is complete (all included items are present).
• Only for electric bicycles: Maximum of 5 km ridden on the bicycle.
• Only for electric bicycles: Battery and charger are present, and if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

If the bicycle no longer meets the above conditions, a depreciation in value may be charged.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
